Russian Missile Cruiser To Visit Brest, Join French Drills

The Russian guided-missile cruiser Petr Velikiy is scheduled to visit the French port of Brest Thursday as part of a four-day visit, the Baltic News Service reports.
During the stay, the commander of the French Navy and Russia's ambassador to France will visit the ship, reported RIA Novosti.
Plans call for the nuclear-powered cruiser to join the French navy for naval exercises on Sept. 6.
