Russian Drills Near Sirte Said To Be Coordinated With Haftar's Forces

A Russian naval contingent has been holding exercises with Libyan forces based in Tobruk and loyal to controversial Khalifa Haftar, says a source cited by the Libyan Express.
The navy warned Libyan aircraft against flying over an area above Sirte and Libyan territorial waters from Jan. 8-11, according to an official with the Libyan Civil Aviation Authority.
