A Russian diplomat in Bulgaria accused of espionage has been declared persona non grata and ordered to leave the country within 24 hours, reports Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty. On Oct. 29, the Russian Embassy received a written note from the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry ordering the diplomat’s expulsion.
