Russian Delegation Discusses Naval Cooperation

A Russian delegation met in Sana’a last week with President Ali Abdullah Saleh and Prime Minister Ali Mohammed Mujawar to discuss military and strategic naval cooperation, the Yemen Times reports. During the meetings, "Yemen agreed to allow Russian ships to use its ports for reaching strategic objectives, not as a station for them," said a spokesman for the Russian delegation.
