Russian Base In Libya Not Being Discussed, Says Haftar

Libyan military commander Khalifa Haftar says there are no discussions on the establishment of a Russian military base in Libya, reports Russia's Sputnik news agency.

Haftar commands the Libyan National Army, which is allied to a rival government in the eastern city of Tobruk. The U.N.-backed government is based in Tripoli.
