The presidents of Russia and Ukraine agreed on Wednesday to extend Moscow's lease of naval facilities in Sevastopol, reports Interfax-AVN (Russia).
Under the accord negotiated by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, the Russian Black Sea Fleet has its lease in Crimea extended by 25 years, with an option for an additional five years.
The current lease was scheduled to expire in 2017.
In return, Ukraine gets a discount of around 30...
