Russia has conducted fresh attacks on Ukrainian Black Sea ports days after signing an agreement that would permit safe passage for ships carrying agricultural products from Ukraine, reports Reuters.
On Tuesday, Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Senkevich said that Russia had launched “a massive missile strike” on southern Ukraine from aircraft over the Black Sea.
