The government of Equatorial Guinea has formalized a defense cooperation agreement with Russia, reports Interfax-AVN (Russia).
The accord was signed in the Kremlin on Monday following talks between President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo of Equatorial Guinea and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
