Rouhani Orders Development Of New Centrifuges

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has ordered the country's atomic energy agency to accelerate development of new centrifuges and other equipment for the enrichment of uranium, reports the semi-official Mehr news agency (Tehran). 

In a televised address on Wednesday, Rouhani instructed the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran to "set aside all research and development commitments stipulated by the JCPOA," referring to the Iran nuclear deal.
