At least 13 civilians have been killed in eastern Afghanistan by a roadside bomb, RTT News reports.
They were riding in a motorized rickshaw at the time of the attack on Wednesday, reported the Press Association (U.K.).
Most of the victims were women and children going to a local heath clinic in the Khoshamand district of Paktika province, security officials said.
The Afghan Interior Ministry blamed the Taliban for the attack.
