Roadside Blast Hits Civilian Minibus In Herat

A civilian minibus has been hit by a roadside bomb in western Afghanistan's Herat province, Reuters reports.
At least 14 passengers were killed and four were injured in the Kesh-e Kohna district when their vehicle was caught in the blast, provincial officials said.
The victims may have been part of an extended family traveling to a pre-engagement party, said the officials.
