Riyadh To Join U.S.-Led Maritime Security Mission

Saudi Arabia has decided to join a U.S-led maritime security mission in the Middle East, reports the official Saudi Press Agency. 

The Saudi Defense Ministry announced the move on Tuesday.

The decision comes after recent attacks on key Saudi oil facilities. 

U.S. officials accused Iran of carrying out the drone and missile attack on Sept. 14, which was claimed by the Iran-supported Houthi rebels in Yemen.
