Riyadh Halts Payments For LAVs Amid Icy Relations

Saudi Arabia owes around US$1.5 billion for Light Armored Vehicles it ordered from General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada in 2014, reports Defense News. The scale of the unmade payments was revealed by General Dynamics during its Oct. 23 quarterly earnings call.
