Rival Factions Yet To Withdraw Fighters From Front Lines

Forces from both sides of the conflict in Libya have not withdrawn from front line positions as stipulated by an October cease-fire agreement, reports Agence France-Presse.

Forces backing the Tripoli-based Government of National Accord (GNA) remain at Abu Grein and al-Washkah, while cargo flights were recorded out of al-Watiya and Misrata airports, Stephanie Williams, acting U.N. special envoy for Libya, told members of the Security Council on Thursday.
