Rights Group Says U.S. Missiles Killed Civilians

A human-rights group says that U.S.-made Tomahawk cruise missiles were used in a December strike on Al-Qaida militants in Yemen that killed women and children, the BBC reports.
Amnesty International released images that purportedly show remnants of a Tomahawk. Yemen is not known to have cruise missiles.
The group also alleged that cluster bombs were used in the attack, calling such a move "grossly irresponsible."
