Rheinmetall Agrees To Major Ammunition Supply Arrangement

Germany's Rheinmetall Group says it has reached a framework agreement to supply the Royal Dutch Armed Forces with several types of ammunition, Defense News reports.
The contract covers 44 types of projectiles, including middle- and large-caliber, as well as pyrotechnic ammunition, according to the Defense Dept. in the Netherlands.
Initial deliveries for the Dutch PzH 2000 self-propelled howitzers will take place this year.
