Revision Leads To Delay In Army Ground Combat Vehicle

After a review of its Ground Combat Vehicle program, the Army has canceled the current request for proposal (RfP) and says it will issue new ones in about two months, the Army Times reports.

Contract awards are expected to follow the new RfP by about nine months, according to an industry source. The original request was released in February as a replacement for the canceled vehicle component of the Future Combat Systems.
