Revised Regulations Aim At Army Discipline, Management

The Chinese Central Military Commission has issued three revised regulations on internal management, discipline and formation of the People's Liberation Army (PLA), reports Xinhua, China's state news agency.

The updated regulation on internal management adopts provisions on the availability of psychological counseling to soldiers. The revisions also cover the use of mobile phones and the Internet.
