The House Armed Services Committee is expected to review the military's rules of engagement in Afghanistan, the Army Times reports.
A classified briefing will cover tactical directives that limit how and when NATO troops in Afghanistan can use force, according to a letter written by Rep. Ike Skelton (D.-Mo.), the chairman of the committee.
