Following an airstrike that allegedly killed 18 civilians, NATO has agreed not to bomb residential buildings in Afghanistan, reports the Los Angeles Times.
Afghan President Hamid Karzai and U.S. Marine Corps Gen. John Allen, commander of NATO forces in Afghanistan, signed an accord to that effect on Saturday night, said a NATO spokesman.
