Dissident Irish republican groups have been blamed for an explosion near the Irish border, reports the Belfast Telegraph.
On Monday, police and army ordnance disposal officers were responding to reports of an explosive device in County Fermanagh when another device detonated nearby.
No injuries were reported in the explosion at Wattle Bridge near Newtownbutler, reported the Press Association (U.K.).
