Report Highlights Vulnerabilities To N. Korean Special Operations Forces

A South Korean report says that North Korea has trained its special operations forces to be able to infiltrate and strike more than 90 percent of targets in the South, reports the Yonhap News Agency.
The study is based on a series of drills simulating an infiltration by North Korean special operations forces that hit targets in South Korea, as well as assessments by former North Korean special operations troops who have defected.
