Three former south Sudan military officers have announced that they are coordinating attacks on the military in south Sudan's oil-producing region, Reuters reports.
Alleged fraud in recent national elections is behind their opposition, said former Gen. George Athor, who lost the elections in April and then left to lead the opposition. He has been joined by Col. Galwak Gai and David Yauyau.
