With Reform In The Air, Defense Ministry Changes Leader For Military Intelligence Agency

The Defense Ministry in Seoul has named a two-star army general to head the Defense Security Command, South Korea's military intelligence agency, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).
Maj. Gen. Lee Suk Koo, the head of operational planning at the Joint Chiefs of Staff, was selected as acting leader of the DSC, said the Defense Ministry on Friday.
He will officially assume the positon after being promoted and given a third star. He Lee is replacing Lt. Gen. Cho Hyun Chun. ...
