The Air Force has resumed its flagship Red Flag exercises after putting them on hold at the start of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, reports the War Zone website.
On Aug. 3, the Air Force began both Red Flag 20-3 at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., and Red Flag-Alaska at Eielson Air Force Base.
Red Flag 20-2 was stopped in early March when a NATO airman tested positive for COVID-19.
