Rebels have withdrawn from a key Syrian town following a government offensive, reports Al Jazeera (Qatar).
Opposition fighters withdrew from most positions in Khan Sheikhoun in the northwestern Idlib province on Tuesday, said an activist in the region.
Fighters from Jaish al-Izza and the Turkish-backed National Liberation Front pulled back to positions north and east of the city after Russian-backed regime forces surrounded the town.
