Rebels, Government Troops Exchange Fire Near Western Mountains

Rebels and government fighters have been battling in western Libyan on the edge of the Nafusa Mountain range, the Los Angeles Times reports.

On Sunday, NATO aircraft reportedly pounded government positions on the edge of the rebel-controlled mountains.

Fighting also erupted near the mountain town of Bir Ghanam on the southern edge of Zawiya province, said rebels.
