The transitional rebel government in Libya has received pledges for $1 billion in aid from the 22-nation Libya contact group, reports Sky News (U.K.).
The group, which includes Britain, France, the U.S. and several Arab states held a summit this week in Abu Dhabi.
Several nations pressed the rebels for details on how they would run Libya if Muammar Qaddafi is ousted.
