Rebel SDF Alliance Says Campaign To Capture Raqqa In 'Final Stages'

Fighters from the U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have now seized 90 percent of the city of Raqqa from the Islamic State, says a monitoring group cited by Agence France-Presse.
The SDF, an alliance of Kurdish fighters and Arab militias, has been attacking the terror group's de facto capital for three months.
