The Ethiopian government said it captured a rebel ammunition store following the surrender of a militant commander in the Ogaden region, reports the Daily Nation (Kenya).
The seized facility was found in Korahe, on the border with Somalia, said officials. The cache reportedly belonged to the Ogaden National Liberation Front (ONLF) and contained more than four tons of explosives and other weapons.
