Rebel Alliance Wants To Liberate Raqqa On Its Own, Rejects Turkish Role

A U.S.-backed rebel alliance in northern Syria opposes potential Turkish involvement in an expected operation aimed at ousting the Islamic State from its de facto capital of Raqqa, reports Reuters.
