Ready To Talk, Says Lashkar-e-Islam

The outlawed militant group Lashkar-e-Islam says it is ready to talk with the Pakistani government, Pakistan's Dawn reports.
A spokesman for the militant group appealed the government on Thursday to halt ongoing operations in the Bara tribal region and come to the negotiating table.
The group is not involved in anti-state activities, said the spokesman
Lashkar-e-Islam is based in the Tirah Valley, part of the Khyber district.
