Raytheon, UTC Complete Merger

Raytheon and United Technologies Corp. (UTC) have completed their merger and are now Raytheon Technologies, reports the newly formed company.

The all-stock merger of equals transaction was completed on April 3.

Both companies are selling off various subsidiaries as part of the merger, most of which are still to be concluded.
