Questions Raised Over Reported Death Of Al-Qaida Commander

Last week's reported death of Al-Qaida commander Ilyas Kashmiri is in question, reports United Press International.

Kashmiri, who also leads Harakat ul Jihad al-Islami (HUJI), was reported killed in a Friday drone strike in Pakistan's South Waziristan region.

A HUJI spokesman confirmed Kashmiri's death and posted a purported picture of the slain insurgent leader on the Internet.
