Defense officials from Japan, South Korea and the United States have promised to step up their pressure on North Korea over its ongoing nuclear and missile development, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).
In a three-way video conference on Wednesday, working-level officials from the three countries strongly condemned Pyongyang's latest ballistic missile test on Sept. 15, according to the South Korean Defense Ministry.
