The North Korean government says it might cancel working-level talks with the U.S. if it holds planned military exercises with South Korea, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).
On Tuesday, a North Korean Foreign Ministry spokesman said that Pyongyang could reconsider planned talks with Washington if the scheduled Dong Maeng drills are held in August.
