North Korea has increased the tempo of its air force training flights and other military exercises after South Korea's recent live-fire artillery drills, United Press International reports.
Air force drills are up 150 percent this month compared to December 2009, South Korean military officials told the local JoongAng Daily.
A source told the paper that at least one MiG fighter from the North has recently crashed.
