Pyongyang Postpones Meeting With U.N. Command

The U.S.-led United Nations Command and the North Korean army were scheduled Tuesday to meet in the truce village of Panmunjom, Chosun Ilbo (South Korea) reports.
The meeting was expected to discuss the March sinking of the South Korean warship Cheonan.
An international investigation found that a North Korean torpedo was responsible for the sinking the vessel, killing 46 sailors. North Korea denies it was responsible.
