Officials from the United State, Japan and South Korea are meeting in Tokyo to discuss the possibility of denuclearization talks with North Korea, reports Xinhua, China's state news agency.
The chief nuclear envoys are examining the feasibility of resuming six party-talks.
The three governments "energetically look for opportunities to return to credible negotiations," said Sung Kim, the U.S. special representative for North Korea.
