Pyongyang Needs To Demonstrate Commitment Toward Denuclearization Before Talks, Say Envoys

Officials from the United State, Japan and South Korea are meeting in Tokyo to discuss the possibility of denuclearization talks with North Korea, reports Xinhua, China's state news agency.
