Pyongyang May Have Miniaturized Nuclear Warheads, Says Seoul's Defense Minister

South Korean Defense Minister Kim Kwan Jin says it is likely that North Korea has succeeded in miniaturizing a nuclear device, reports the Yomiuri Shimbun (Japan).
The minister noted that North Korea conducted two nuclear tests simulating the miniaturization of the a nuclear warhead that could be integrated with a ballistic missile in 2006 and 2009.
