Pyongyang Makes Nuclear Threat Against U.S., Says Site Is Operational

North Korea has acknowledged the resumption of operations at the Yongbyon complex, the nation's main nuclear facility, reports the BBC.

The North is improving its nuclear weapons "to guarantee the reliability of the nuclear deterrent in every way by steadily improving the levels of nuclear weapons with various missions in quality and quantity," reported the state-run Korean Central News Agency on Tuesday.
