Pyongyang Declares Nuclear Deal Dead

North Korea says it is no longer bound to its agreement with the United States to suspend its nuclear weapons tests and admit international nuclear inspectors, reports the Voice of America News.

The North Korean Foreign Ministry said it was retaliating because the U.S. suspended promised food aid.

The U.S. government halted aid after North Korea carried out a failed missile launch on Friday.
