North Korea says it has successfully tested a hydrogen bomb underground that is capable of being mounted on an intercontinental ballistic missile, reports the Washington Post.
The U.S. Geological Survey detected a 6.3-magnitude earthquake noon on Sunday at North Korea’s Punggye-ri testing site. A second 4.1 magnitude earthquake, believed to be a tunnel collapse, followed minutes after.
