Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed reciprocal inspections of missile sites as a confidence-building measure after the U.S. withdrew from the Intermediate Nuclear Forces (INF) treaty last year, reports Russia's Tass news agency. On Monday, Putin proposed to allow NATO to inspect Russian 9M729 (SSC-8) missile sites in Kaliningrad, Russia's Baltic exclave.
