Putin Proposes Reciprocal Inspection Of Land-Based Missile Sites

Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed reciprocal inspections of missile sites as a confidence-building measure after the U.S. withdrew from the Intermediate Nuclear Forces (INF) treaty last year, reports Russia's Tass news agency.
