During his first visit to Syria, Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered Russian troops in Syria to begin with withdrawing following what is seen as a successful intervention there, reported the Daily Telegraph (U.K.).
The announcement came during Putin's surprise visit Monday to the Hmeimim air base in the coastal province of Latakia.
