Protection Kits On The Way For All-Terrain Vehicles

The U.S. Army has awarded Oshkosh Defense a contract to supply thousands of protection kits for mine-resistant ambush-protected (MRAP) all-terrain vehicles (M-ATV), reports the Wisconsin-based defense firm.

The contract covers more than 5,100 protection kits, which are designed to address changing threats in combat zones, including improvised explosive devices.
