Dutch prosecutors are expected to announce charges against four top suspects in the downing of a Malaysian airliner over Ukraine in 2014, reports Interfax-Ukraine.
On Wednesday, the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) announced that it would issue national and international arrest warrants for the Russians Igor Girkin, Serget Dubinsky and Oleg Pulatov and the Ukrainian Leonid Kharchenko, reported CNN.
