Prosecutors in Turkey have ordered 117 military personnel to be detained over their alleged links to last year's coup, say security sources cited by the New Arab.
Counterterrorism police began an operation early Friday in western Izmir province to arrest the military personnel, said the sources. Some are said to serve in key units.
