Russian nationalists were behind a plot to assassinate Montenegro's prime minister and carry out a coup last month, says the nation's top prosecutor, as reported by Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.
Around 20 Serbian and Montenegrin citizens, including a retired police commander, were arrested in Montenegro during elections on Oct. 16. They allegedly planned to storm Parliament and killed Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic, said Chief Special Prosecutor Milivoje Katnic on Sunday. ...
