Proposed Center Near Osh To Train Russian, Kyrgyz Troops

The Russian Defense Ministry says it will establish a training center for Russian and Kyrgyz troops near Osh in southern Kyrgyzstan, reports Interfax-AVN.
The opening of the facility is scheduled to be discussed later this month in Moscow during talks between Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov and his Kyrgyz counterpart Abibilla Kudaiberdiyev.
